Our club has a proud tradition of hospitality and friendliness. Our 18-hole parkland golf course provides an historic Irish golfing experience.
The Desmond Castle (1200 ad) is a magnificent backdrop to the 1st and 15th greens, while the ruins of the Franciscan Abbey (1464 ad) dominate the centre of the course.
Golfing societies and all visitors are very welcome, and will find the tree-lined fairways a serious golfing challenge!
Our course and catering staff are here to look after your every need in a friendly manner and to ensure that your visit is a pleasant and memorable one. We look forward to your visit and assure you of a traditional "céad míle fáilte ".
Vice-Captain Kieron Carroll(9) who won his first medal competition at the club after thirteen years, winning the V-Par Jubilee Cup with a great score of 3up, presented by Captain Pat Butler.

Lady Captain's Day on 27 June in Adare turned into a truly great event what with glorious sunshine and the course being in excellent shape and never looking better thanks to all the staff. Many thanks to Captain Noreen Kinevane for making it a most enjoyable day and night. Noreen, resplendent in a lime green dress from Isobel in Adare looked very much the part.
A great win for Gabrielle Ryan (25) with a score of 66 nett having beaten off some other good players to win the magnificient prize of a sculpture 5600 year old Bog Oak from Boora, Co. Offaly. Well done to Gabrielle. Thanks to all who worked so hard to make the day so successful.
